General Terms and Conditions:
A. Program Scope & Definition
The Nourskin Business Academy (NBA) is a modified business and learning mechanism generated by the company to initiate business success from among its determined enrollees. This initiative is open to all Nourskin members who are willing to follow its prescribed course offering guaranteed to ensure eventual business success. In availing the privileges offered by the academy as well as its comprehensive rewards system, the following requirements must be duly complied and satisfied:
- The enrollee must be of legal age and physically abled existing Nourskin member;
- The enrollee must submit a duly accomplished enrollment form complete with all the data required specifically identifying the respective five (5) “subjects” to be seriously adopted or taken;
- The identified “subject” is a Nourskin member, also of legal age who belongs to the existing first level of the respective enrollee’s organization and shall by no means be belonging to other level nor organization.
B. Courses Offered
- 4th Level Course: 10 K Worth of Products
- 5th Level Course: 50 K Worth of Products
- 6th Level Course: 300 K Worth of Products
- 7th Level Course: 500 K Worth of Products plus Brand New Car (1M)
- 8th Level Course: 1 M Worth of Products plus House & Lot (2.5M)
C. Subject Loading
At the discretion of the enrollee, from among the members who only belongs to his or her first level, there shall only be five (5) subjects carefully selected to be adopted or taken. These five (5) subjects are deemed and considered final. It is therefore strongly recommended that the enrollee must decisively select these five (5) subjects, considering the fact that if such subject is uncooperative or unwilling, the very same subject will serve as counterweight on the program and to the detriment of the enrollee.
D. Semestral Term Coverage & Enrollment Period
The academy shall be observing a tri-mester business and learning program which covers four (4) consecutive months per semester with the month immediately preceeding the semester as the enrollment period, to wit:

E. Dropping and or Adding of Subject/s – (AMENDED: Monthly)
In the event that the subject is rendered detrimental to the business growth of the enrollee, or in any highly acceptable and valid reasons, the enrollee may choose to drop the subject and correspondingly add a new subject provided that such dropping and adding is made only in either the months of April, August and December. The enrollee must notify the systems administrator for his dropping and adding by accomplishing and submitting the Dropping Form.
F. Rating Schedule
As a corollary requirement of the academy, the enrollee is highly expected to attain a Passing Rate at the end of every semester. The enrollee is considered having “P” if and when the enrollee and each of the five (5) subjects are able to maintain a gross monthly repurchase of Two Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (P2,500) based on rabatable amount.
G. Report Card Mechanism
At the end of every Semester, the systems administrator shall issue a color coded report card to all passing enrollees under the following premises:
- Orange Card: is issued to the enrollee if and when all the first level subjects have passing rates on a given semester.
- Blue Card: is issued to the enrollee if and when all the second level subjects have passing rates on a given semester.
- Red Card: is issued to the enrollee if and when all the third level subjects have passing rates on a given semester.
H. Recognition Period
There shall be a recognition period every semester. These are done during every Salute to the Champions and Annual National Sales Convention.
I. Moving Up Ceremonies
The Moving Up Ceremonies are done during the Annual National Sales Convention where the ultimate rewards are dependent on the cards being accumulated or gathered by the respective enrollee. All card holders are eligible to join the raffle draw with the following prize arrangements:

Orange One (1) Unit HDMI Flat Screen & Wifi ready TV
Blue One (1) Unit Brand New Motorcycle
Red One (1) Unit Brand New Car
It must be emphasized that the intended raffle draw shall only proceed and shall be deemed consummated if and when there shall be at least ten (1) qualified card holder per category. Should this requirement not be met, the company reserves the right to postpone the draw of the respective category for the next moving up ceremony.
If and when the enrollee qualifies to all categories and may win more than once during the draw, the highest prize shall be availed, which in effect a new winner shall be drawn for the vacated prize. The enrollee can only win once.
Non-winning card entries are automatically qualified for the next succeeding draws. The more accumulated card entries mean more chances of winning.
Winning enrollees who fail to join the Moving Up Ceremony automatically forfeits the prize in favor of new drawn entry.
